Your listing is measured by Julie in person and then the plan is drawn to scale to accurately represent your listing.

Julie will provide you with Jpeg images of the floorplans that you can use in your MLS or vacation rental listing.

Jpeg images are mobile friendly and will have room names and sizes so that potential buyers will gain an understanding of the home before seeing it in person.

In addition, your clients can receive a CAD file and or a floorplan printable to scale. This will allow your clients to plan furniture layouts or work out remodeling ideas.
