Drawing Floorplans For Thirty Years

Julie Fergus, ASID (professional member American Society of Interior Designers) is a semi-retired interior and home designer. Her career started in the days when hand-drawing and drafting were how floorplans were created. She transitioned into CAD as it became the industry standard.

Now that Julie is working part-time in her home design services business, she started creating floorplans for a realtor-friend's listings. That lead to the direction to provide floorplan services for MLS listings, and for vacation rental listings.
